The 2025 AGM will be held as a Virtual AGM on Saturday March 21, 2026 at 4PM. Meeting details and login instructions can be obtained through your Club representative closer to the date.
Proxies must be received to the secretary by 12 noon Saturday March 21 via email/online proxy.
Let Kelly know if you plan to attend the meeting as it will help to keep the attendance straight & AGM documents/Virtual link can be emailed to you.
