Spring Runoff Rally – Cancelled for 2021

Here we are the last week of March and Covid concerns are getting worse rather than better. Seeing as the Spring Runoff is only a month away, it is being cancelled. More areas are moving to conditions of higher restrictions rather than lower ones and we don’t want to be encouraging folks moving between areas. Sorry.
